Different services require different documentation. You will be advised of what to send to us once you've had your Free Consultation.
What will it cost me?
Different services and service providers charge varying fees for their services. Before you sign up to any services, make sure you ask what the fees are.
How do I know what is right for me?
We can't advise you - but, we can tell you you about past events and experiences as well as the long term prospects of our services. It's important you then decide what is best for you and your family.

Yes, any cases we take on will be covered by our Refund Guarantee. You will also be covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How often are updates given on cases?
Updates will be given at least every 3 months, depending on how the processes are moving forward. We aim to update you monthly if we do not encounter any hurdles.
Why can't I have updates when I want?
We anticipate high demand for updates which might become too much for First Step Migration to manage. That being said, we do not operate a landline number, and we provide periodic updates instead
How long will it take?
Different services and circumstances will mean that the services we provide will take different durations. We commit to taking no longer than 9 months, however. If we do take longer than this due to material shortfalls from us, we provide a full refund to you.
What do First Step Migration do in the background?
We make a simple promise to you - either we complete our services for you within 9 months or we provide a full refund. It's that simple.
