Refund Guarantee

We understand that this process can be complex, and you need to feel confident in the services you receive. First-Step Migration assures you that it will meet its promises to you. If not, we will refund you.

 

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that we will provide the services as described to you, including, but not limited to:
 

  • Accurate and up-to-date information regarding eligibility requirements

  • Collation and scrutiny and forwarding of your documents as is relevant at the time

  • Usage of our circa 10,000 bank of cases, as conferred by the professionals we work with,  in order to confer the best prospect of success

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to provide a service that you have paid for

  • Material Misrepresentation: If we provide you with materially incorrect information that directly leads to a significant adverse outcome (e.g. erroneous detail submission) 

  • Unresolved Service Issues: If you experience a significant material issue with our service that we are unable to resolve  reasonably after following our complaints procedure, and this has caused material loss to you.

How to Claim a Refund*

  • Please notify us in writing within 28 days of the event giving rise to the claim.

  • Detail the claim clearly, including relevant dates, communications, and supporting documentation.

  • Follow the complaints procedure outlined in our Terms and Conditions

When completing our form, your case and FSM reference number will be operational. If your case is assessed to be unsuitable later, it may be struck off.
